As a consequence of shooting outdoors, there are certain risks that must be noted and considered. Most prominently is the risk of falls and injuries due to terrain and the potential of a fall also causing damage to equipment.
To counter this, appropriate footwear will be worn i.e. boots. When on site we will inspect the terrain where we will record and check that it is not too uneven or that it poses a danger or risk to crew or equipment.
The consequences of failing to create a risk assessment puts both people and equipment at risk as we are not prepared for any potential accidents.
